and read it carefully. It contains answers to frequently asked
questions and several forms to complete and submit prior to your
arrival. Please note the Key Deposit is $125-- this is refunded at the end of the session if you do not lose your key. Checks for internet should be made out to "Residential Computing."

Stanford Summer School Staff Spotlight
Dr. Katie Langford, Director of JSA Stanford Summer School
Dr. Katie Langford, a long-time JSA partner, will lead our Stanford Summer School. Katie has worked on staff since 2003 and brings with her a wealth of experience having been an Associate Director of our Georgetown program, Director of our Northwestern, Stanford, and Yale Summer Schools, and a seven-time Director of the Texas Symposium on Leadership & Politics.

Tracy Poindexter, our Southern California Program Director, will join Katie as an Associate Director at Stanford. Tracy was the Associate Director of our Stanford program in 2009 and directed the 2009 Gene Burd Symposium on Media & Politics to great acclaim. Tracy has her M.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her B.A. in Political Science from the University if California, Los Angeles.

Steve Bayne, our Pacific Northwest Program Director, will also be on the Stanford campus this summer. He has worked with JSA summer programs since 2007 and works exceptionally well with students. Steve has a Masters Degree in Political Science, with an emphasis in International Relations, from San Diego State University. He also has a BA in Political Science from SDSU and has studied Comparative Politics at Oxford University in the United Kingdom
