Registration Process

Applicants must fill out and return an registration form.  The application consists of short answers to three questions.

Institute Questions:
Please write no more than one paragraph responses to the following:

1. Highlight your academic achievements.
2. Describe any leadership positions you have held.
3. What do you think is the most important issue facing state, local or national government today?  What solution do you propose and why?

You may download, print out and complete an registration form and return it via mail or fax along with your answers to the questions to the address on the form.
