| Nelson D. Crandall A founder and principal of Enterprise Law Group Inc. of Menlo Park, Calif., Crandall is a 1979 graduate of the University of California at Davis King Hall School of Law. He took his undergraduate degree in political science at the University of California at Berkeley. His practice emphasizes venture finance, mergers and acquisitions, founders' rights, and licensing. Crandall is active in the business law section of the State Bar of California and is a frequent author and speaker. He has served on the boards of directors of the Santa Clara Valley chapter of the American Red Cross and of Hope Rehabilitation Services. Crandall attended the Junior Statesmen Summer School at U.C. Santa Cruz in 1970, was president of the Woodrow Wilson Long Beach chapter in 1970-71, served as lieutenant governor of the California Junior State in 1971-72, and succeeded Mike McCurry as governor in 1972. Crandall has served as a trustee of the Junior Statesmen Foundation since 1986.
