| Estelle Saltzman Estelle Goodman Saltzman is the president of Runyon Saltzman & Einhorn, Inc., a multimillion-dollar, Sacramento-based communications firm founded in 1960. She began her career as a journalist in California and Nevada but switched directions after seven years to join forces with public relations dynamo Jean Runyon in 1970. Today, RS&E does advertising, public relations/public affairs and social marketing for the state of California, as well as for a variety of private sector and local government clients. She attributes her professional success to her early involvement in JSA. "Eureka High School chapter activities, conventions and especially summer school taught me how important it was to be involved in my community and my career was built on that core idea." Estelle became a member of the Junior Statesmen Foundation board of trustees almost 20 years ago after reuniting with former JSA colleagues and 1957 summer school classmates. |
